Format
All rounds will be 9 holes. Pine Street Winter Cup Championship will consist of 18 holes. Format is Stroke Play with PSCC Handicaps. Each course will have 5 different sets of tees. Any golfer with a handicap of 0 to 5 will play from the back tees with 100% of their strokes applied. Handicaps 11 to 15 will play from the middle tees with 60% of their strokes, followed by the 16-20 handicaps at 40% of their strokes. Lastly, any golfer with a 21 handicap or higher will play from the front tees and they will use 20% of their strokes.
Schedule
Tour players can play these league rounds on their own time during open Club hours. You can play your rounds at any point during the 8 weeks, and it does not need to be on a weekly basis. You must play the 8 courses in order, but you can play them all in 1 week, if you choose. All rounds must be played by March 2nd, 2024. Pine Street Cup will be hosted between March 3rd and March 16th.
Championship
An 18-hole Pine Street Cup Championship will begin on March 3rd and end on March 16th. All PSCC tour golfers will qualify for the Championship.
Tiebreakers
All PSCC Tour tiebreakers will split the weekly payout as well as the Pine Street Cup points.
The winner of the Pine Street Cup Championship will be the player with the lowest net score over 18 holes. If there is a tie at the top of the leaderboard, the players will battle it out in a 3 hole playoff. If still tied after 3 holes, we will play the next holes as sudden death. The player that scores lower than the other player on the next hole wins.
